Today I had the privilege of visiting Anytime Fitness located in Warrenton, Virginia. As far as commercial gym goes it is one of the cleanest that I have the visited, which with the current issue of today is a HUGE plus. While strolling thru the maze of exercise machines, it was refreshing to see one of my favorite pieces of training equipment the old-fashion Heavy Bag. Of course, this old kickboxer had to try try a 1-2-3 combo as I walked by. The sound of a bare fist slapping a leather bag just tickles the ears of this Kentucky boy. The one recommendation that would improve this gym, at least in this boy’s eyes is the installation of an old fashion Speed bag.
